For the upcoming Water Ceremony on Sept 18 💧,  please save water from your travels or a special place if you can.

On Sunday, September 4, at 10:00 a.m., Julie Quinn will lead this in-person service, “Positivity for the Planet.”  A social hour will follow the service.

On Sunday, September 11, at 10:00 a.m., Roberta Price will lead an in-person Open Readings service. For our open reading services, people are invited to bring poems, short articles, or music to share with the congregation, on the topic of 9/11 or other topics of interest to UUS. Open readings can be some of our most meaningful services, reflecting the diversity of our Fellowship.   A social hour will follow the service.

On SundaySeptember 18, at 10:00a.m.,  Gail DeVilbiss will lead the Annual Ingathering, or Homecoming, service,  in-person. This service marks the end of summer, when friends and members return from their summer travels. It includes the Mingling of the Waters ritual, also called Water Ceremony or Water Communion, a UU way to witness both to the elemental things and to the spiritual quality of life.  Please bring water from a special place, in your travels or nearby, to symbolically join with others of our Fellowship and our previous water ceremonies. A pitcher of water will also be available to symbolically share.   A social hour will follow the service. The Board Meeting will follow the social hour.

On SundaySeptember 25, at 10:00a.m.,  Susan Trotter will lead this Open Readings on Zoom. You are welcome to bring poetry, a reading, or music to share. Open Readings can be some of our most special services as we learn about each individual’s unique spiritual paths.  A virtual  social hour will follow the service.

Please join us after Sunday services for coffee and conversation.
