November 2021 Sunday Services

On Sunday, November 7, at 10:00 a.m., Roberta Price  will lead our Open Readings service on Zoom. You are invited to bring  readings or music to share, on topics that interest or inspire UUs.  Please email music links or files to lukesanfordcrawford@gmail.com . Open Readings can be some of our most meaningful services, reflecting the diversity of our Fellowship. A virtual coffee hour will follow the service.  REMINDER- in IL, switch clocks to standard time.

On Sunday, November 14, at 10:00 a.m., Luke Crawford will lead this service, “Practicing Forgiveness,” on Zoom. A virtual coffee hour will follow the service.

On Sunday, November 21, at 10:00 a.m., Gail DeVilbiss will lead a service on “Season of Gratitude,” on Zoom. A virtual coffee hour will follow the service. The Board Meeting will follow the coffee hour.

On Sunday, November 28, at 10:00 a.m., Roberta Price  will lead our Open Readings service on Zoom. This Sunday night begins the Hanukkah Festival of Lights, and our music this week will have a Hanukkah theme.  Please bring a reading, music or artwork to share, if you are so inspired. Readings may be on any topic pertinent to UUs, and need not be connected to Hanukkah.  If you have music to share, please email music links or files to lukesanfordcrawford@gmail.com . As we believe there is no one right way to lead a religious or spiritual life and we value each individual’s spiritual journey, Open Readings services help us learn about each other’s paths, and can be some of our most special services. A virtual coffee hour will follow the service.
